Ladies Day returns for another season!
We are pleased to confirm we are running our Ladies Day events again this season starting at QUB Chess.
This is a casual event where we encourage female players to stop by to learn, play, and chat in a non-tournament space. We hope that by running these events we can further encourage female players to register for clubs and tournaments in Ulster, but also help them find a space where they can play non-competitive chess outside a club setting.
The event will run Sunday 15th October from 1pm until 4pm and is completely free of charge thanks to being able to run at UCU venues. Huge thanks to QUB Chess for accommodating us again.
Please email your expression of interest to attend the event to our women's development officer, Karina Campbell so we can be better prepared on the day.
