Proposed wording: The quorum shall be at least 5 members of the Executive Board.
[Current wording: f) The quorum shall be two or the number nearest to one third of the total number of the Executive Board, whichever is the greater or such larger number as may be decided from time to time by the Executive Board.]

Under the constitution, the Executive Board must be composed of at least 5 members including the officers.
